Fred Graffam

Chief Financial Officer

Fred Graffam joined Lightwave Logic in July 2026 as its Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience, including extensive public company finance experience. His proven track record as a CFO demonstrates deep expertise in financial operations, reporting, capital allocation, and investor relations, and the ability to manage finance at high-growth companies while engaging with the investor community.

Before joining Lightwave Logic, Graffam most recently served as CFO of Fidium, formerly Consolidated Communications, where he helped lead the company’s sale in December 2024. Previously, he served as CFO of Ascent Capital Group and its wholly owned subsidiary Monitronics International, dba Brinks Home Security. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development at DigitalGlobe, where he helped guide that company’s sale to MacDonald Dettwiler. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at Level 3 Communications and Comcast Corporation, after beginning his career at Deloitte.

Graffam holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware.
