Ana Quan

VP Finance, Corporate Controller and Principal Financial Officer

Ana Quan joined Lightwave Logic in October 2023 as Corporate Controller and currently serves as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and Principal Financial Officer/Principal Accounting Officer. She brings more than 20 years of experience across financial leadership, accounting operations, and corporate reporting, with a strong track record of leading financial strategies, governance, and scalable accounting processes to support business growth.

Ana has held senior roles at Big Four firms and multinational companies, with broad industry experience spanning manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Lightwave Logic, Ana served as Global Corporate Controller at Stolle Machinery Company, where she oversaw global accounting operations and financial reporting. Previously, Ana held senior finance leadership roles at Frontier Airlines and NTT America, including Director of Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting and Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting, respectively. She also held positions at Western Union and Comex Group (a Sherwin-Williams company) and began her career in audit and risk advisory services at KPMG.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting/Finance from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
