For over two decades, stable, high–performance electro-optic plastics have been a long sought after solution to many of technologies present issues. The advantage of electro-optic plastics (polymers) lies in their economy and versatility. Plastics are easy to mold and cut into most any shape. This provides for rapid manufacturing of systems with technical design specification that could hardly be imagined previously.

Lightwave Logic, Inc. designs and produces extremely high-end electro-optic materials. Electro-optic materials are the core active component in many advanced current-and-projected broadband telecommunication networks, high-speed computer systems and sophisticated military hardware. These high-end technology areas represent multi-billion dollar markets.
Inspired by Dr. Frederick Goetz and his scientific discoveries, Dr. Goetz founded Psi-Tec Corporation, now known as Lightwave Logic, Inc. and it became a publicly traded corporation in July 2004. Our Company operates an organic synthesis and thin-films laboratory in Wilmington, Delaware. These facilities include state-of-the-art equipment necessary to produce prototype and preproduction quantities of our next generation electro-optic organic materials. Our Company has been a participant in several vital government sponsored research and development programs with various government agencies that protect the interests of our country. |
