Inspired by Dr. Frederick Goetz and his scientific discoveries, Dr. Goetz founded Psi-Tec Corporation, now known as Lightwave Logic, Inc. and it became a publicly traded corporation in July 2004. Our Company operates an organic synthesis and thin-films laboratory in Wilmington, Delaware. These facilities include state-of-the-art equipment necessary to produce prototype and preproduction quantities of our next generation electro-optic organic materials. Our Company has been a participant in several vital government sponsored research and development programs with various government agencies that protect the interests of our country.
